Cloud Pass is intended for individuals aged 13 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Services Provided

Cloud Pass offers:

• Cloud certification practice questions
• Domain-based practice modes
• Mock exams
• Explanations and detailed solutions
• Study statistics and progress tracking
• Question review features

Both free access and paid subscription plans (1-month and 3-month recurring) are available.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or disclose any exam questions or explanations outside of the App
• Use the content for commercial purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the App in any unlawful way

Unauthorized sharing or reproduction of content (especially exam questions and explanations) is strictly prohibited.

4. Disclaimer

All questions, explanations, and content provided within Cloud Pass are for study purposes only. We do not guarantee exam success or certification outcomes.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide reliable services, Cloud Pass and Blue Lion are not responsible for:

• Service interruptions, outages, or delays
• Data loss or corruption
• Issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Apple, AWS)

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (every year). All transactions are processed securely via Google Play or Apple App Store. Please refer to their respective policies for refunds or billing disputes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be handled by the Seoul Central District Court.
