Yes. All certification questions on Cloud Pass are based on real past exam questions with no duplicates. They are regularly updated to reflect the latest exam trends, helping you effectively prepare for IT certifications.
With the basic plan, you can practice up to 20 questions per certification with full answers and explanations. Premium unlocks unlimited access to all questions, unlimited practice tests, the ability to reset your study progress, and a question review feature.
Currently, Cloud Pass requires an internet connection to use. Offline mode is not supported at this time.
Every explanation is generated through cross-verification using three leading AI models — GPT Pro, Claude Opus, and Gemini Pro. This multi-model approach ensures highly accurate answer reasoning and detailed, reliable explanations.
Unfortunately, downloading questions or explanations is not supported. However, you can solve questions directly within the app and track your learning progress and accuracy in real time.
Yes. As long as you sign in with the same account, your study progress, history, and statistics will automatically sync across all your devices.
You can cancel your subscription in the app by going to More → Subscription Management → Subscription Settings.
For refunds:
• Android: Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history → select the Cloud Pass transaction → Request a refund.
• iOS: Go to Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → select Cloud Pass → or visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
